Genesis10 is currently seeking an Java Developer with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ, Charlotte, NC, and Plano, TX. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Requirements:
  • Advanced Core Java programming (Java 8 or above) and fluent Spring Boot and other Spring frameworks
  • At a minimum, 5 years of Java, 4 years of Spring
  • Experience with RESTful API and JSON, Microservices architecture
  • Test-Driven Development or Behavior-Driven Development
  • Proved experience in building large scale and mission critical enterprise wide systems
  • Programming experience with workflow or cloud orchestration frameworks
  • Detail oriented, strong sense of ownership, and proud to produce good quality of work

Desired Skills:
  • B.S. or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Product knowledge and experience: Mongodb, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch
  • Hashicorp products like Consul/Nomad/Terraform/Vault
  • Hands on system integration experience using Terraform
  • In-depth knowledge in the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) space working with tools such as vSphere/vRO/vRA and OpenStack
  • Experience with Configuration Management (ex: Ansible, Puppet)
  • Advanced vRA/vRO API implementation knowledge and skill set
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Very strong analytical skills

Pay Range: $54.79-$62.79
