Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Addison, TX & Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Performs commoditized activities which may include monitoring, event management, service requests, and engineering
  • Build foundational experience in network, systems, application, access requests, production support, or security engineering
  • Assist the team with project coordination, project tracking, engineering documentation and lab testing/validation on our Microsoft 365 Engineering team
  • Self-motivated and organized with a strong interest in learning technology and have interest in client impacting tools and services
  • Work well with others within a team environment and be able to follow through on actions and tasks needed for key projects
  • Work within an agile environment to help coordinate and track critical email projects within the team

Requirements:
  • General technology competencies and understanding
  • Knowledge of how to use general productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office applications
  • Microsoft Windows and use of email and other collaboration tools and applications, i,e., Teams, Skype, etc.
  • Understanding of technology terminology and concepts, i.e., email, IM, etc.

Desired skills:
  • Working experience with email technologies and email protocols
  • Knowledge of Microsoft application services, i.e., M365, Exchange, Outlook, etc.
  • Project management and coordination
  • Good writing and communications skills
  • Self-starter and can learn quickly with little guidance

Pay Range: $46.18 - $54.18
