Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Addison, TX and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Creation, management, and execution of test strategy for all M365 workloads
  • Management of lower lane environment deployments, testing and validation
  • Ensuring all testing defects are logged and actioned appropriately
  • Ensuring all required components are deployed successfully to support testing
  • Ensuring environments are maintained at appropriate levels to support production deployment
  • Oversee testing teams to ensure appropriate execution
  • Identify appropriate tooling for testing execution, tracking and management
  • Understand and fully educate the wider team on different testing stages and their purpose

Requirements:
  • Extensive test management experience within technical environment (minimum 5 years)
  • Experience of working with a range of technical teams of multi discipline and vendor
  • Matrix management of global teams
  • Presenting and influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation creation and delivery
  • Excellent working knowledge of Jira and defect management
  • Ability to produce and maintain high quality test level plans, action logs, risk trackers, etc.

Desired skills:
  • Worked in Financial Services – investment/corporate/retail banking
  • Experience in multi-platform environment
  • Previous experience of deploying M365 Products and services
  • Worked in a Global Corporate in similar role
  • Agile qualification

Pay Range: $57.70 - $65.70
