Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is an 11+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for end-to-end intake and facilitation of tech estimates for high volume/ongoing flow of new projects within the Digital Platform Technology organization
  • Ensure project requesters are prepared with all required tech scope information to present to Shared Services tech teams
  • Coordinate with Shared Services BA's, TA's, RTE's to ensure appropriate epics are created, funding is available and assist with prioritization and execution readiness activities for the new project
  • Intake Coordination and related deliverables - primarily to obtain tech estimates
  • Manage timelines and complex follow ups for a high volume of action items
  • Parse out action items and next steps within a highly technical discussion by partnering with tech teams
  • Initiates escalations as appropriate including Risk Management and Mitigation Planning
  • Facilitates dependency management and impediment removal for the defined deliverables Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:
  • End to end program delivery experience on digital technology programs in Consumer or Wealth organizations
  • Advanced understanding of JIRA, SQL, excel, and related ability to build dashboard reporting tools
  • PMP or other similar certifications
  • Software Development, Test Management experience 

Pay Range: $52.10 - $60.10
