Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Addison, TX and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • The team member will act as a liaison between application teams, governance and audit for all required processes and documentation to address product vulnerabilities
  • They will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations
  • They will closely work with application teams to provide assistance, resolve questions, and recommend action items required to stratify deliverables
  • They will be reporting on a daily basis Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to help drive the success of projects

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of business systems analysis or business systems design experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business information management or equivalent
  • Familiarity with dataflow structure within a complex environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, and SharePoint) skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organization levels
  • Strong demonstration and facilitation skills
  • Experience with Agile project methodologies

Pay Range: $46.18-$54.18
