Genesis10 is seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst with Recruiting and HCM module experience for a 4 month contract position with a Reinsurance / Property & Casualty Insurance firm.  This role can be 100% remote, candidates local to the NJ area preferred to be able to attend occasional meetings onsite.

Summary:
Seeking a Workday Business Analyst. The Workday Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, performing configurations and providing production support for assigned functional domains. This role is key to elevating the Recruiting and HCM function through process optimization, data integrity and enhanced analytics. The Workday BSA will support the addition of a custom field which will be autopopulated by an API from a finance application. The BSA will do current state analysis as well as future state to ensure functionality is working properly with this addition. Must have prior experience with Recruiting and HCM workflow configuration and testing.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Project delivery/Ongoing implementation:
  • Collaborate with our HR team in a journey of continuous implementation, optimization, and adoption. Help us to leverage Workday capabilities throughout our expanding global enterprise.
  • Deploy new Workday features and functions. Document requirements, perform configuration, draft test plans and user acceptance criteria.
  • Reporting/Analytics:
  • Partner with HR functional SME's to understand and document reporting and dashboard requirements
  • Develop and maintain Workday based reporting, analytics, and dashboards
  • Post Implementation Support:
  • Provide technical consultation to business partners and offshore support team members for all L1 L3 support activities.
  • Improve HCM data quality, drive continuous improvements
  • Provide support for Workday, including researching and resolving complex Workday problems or process issues.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Professional HR certifications considered a plus

Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant HRIS/HRIT experience with specific experience in the following functional areas:
  • Workday Recruiting
  • Workday HCM
  • Workday Talent Acquisition
  • Workday Security
  • Advance Business Process Configuration
  • Advanced Workday Reporting
  • Experience managing system updates and releases
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR workflows and other HCM processes preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodology preferred

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 - $62.00
