Genesis10 is currently seeking an Operations Analyst with our client in their Chandler, AZ location. This is a 6 month + contract position.

Summary:
  • Seeking an Operations Analyst.

Responsibilities:
  • Projects could include but are not limited to training, process improvement, program analysis, vendor management, and operational implementation.
  • Define and launch new processes to sustainably scale our Roadside Assistance operations through vendor partners.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and minimize defects.
  • Manage and run world class vendor operations; be responsible for large-sized vendor teams and deliver on all SLA's with seamless vehicle support and customer/stakeholder experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful evolution and execution of vendor programs.
  • Report health of operations in required forums, providing the right level of details, and escalate as necessary.
  • Be accountable for your business's Key Performance Indicators around growth, staffing to demand, etc.
  • Plan and execute against short-term and long-term Roadside Assistance program milestones.

Requirements:
  • Degree and experience in operations leadership, process improvement, or project management.
  • 4+ total years' experience in operations, leadership, process improvement, or program management.
  • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
Desired:
  • Project Management Certification.
  • Six Sigma Certification.
