Genesis10 is seeking a Business Architect for a 12-month contract-to-hire position with a corporate investment company located in New York, NY. This position is remote to start with 3 days/month in the office in NY, typically Tues/Wed/Thurs for a given week.

Summary:
Looking for a seasoned Business Architect, even though the title states Enterprise Architect.

• Provides architectural design and support services to applications teams and solution/domain architects concerning business capabilities.
• Creates redundancy reports and enforces best practices and principles of a capability-driven architecture.
• Responsible for supporting enterprise architects in the Tech governance processes.
• The business architects may also run or support re-imagining engagements for an internal and external clients. These will include providing reimagining artifacts such as conceptual target state, service design diagrams, and support of business cases to name a few.
• Drives the use and maintenance of the business capability model throughout the firm via application attestation, rationalization, and strategy.
• Identify other uses of the model to further our architectural principles.
• Leverage the business capability model with solution/domain architects to enforce business architectural principles.
• Run and/or support reimagining business/client engagements to define innovative target state solutions, and service design diagrams and help with business cases.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Financial Services
• Good Communication Skills
• Six Sigma
• Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp)

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $110.00 - $125.00
