Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry in their Jersey City, NJ location. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Work side by side with business partners and technology platform managers to ensure expected quality software is built to serve our customers and clients
  • They will be responsible for understanding the business requirements
  • Build/enhance application components to support the requirement enabling testing organization to certify the application and support technology infrastructure team in production deployment and transitioning to support team

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant IT development experience
  • Strong Server-side Core Java
  • Knowledge in SOAP and RESTful Web Services
  • Relational and Object-oriented database experience
  • Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well organized, goal oriented

Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge in Capital and Financial Regulatory Markets
  • Knowledge and strong inclination to learn Python

Pay Range: $58.26- $66.26
