Help Desk Support Engineer III
 
Genesis10 is seeking a dynamic Level 3 Help Desk Engineer for a 6 month contract-to-hire position supporting a leading financial services client. This position will be onsite at client location in San Francisco, CA.
 
No C2C, please. Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
 
Summary
Provides support to all IT-related activities, assistance end users, coordination resolutions for end user issues, and follow-up to end user related IT problems and ensures resolution.

Job Duties
  • Provide technical support over the onsite and over the phone for Customers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues
  • software and network issues on laptops and desktops
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software and printers.
  • Create and manage tickets
  • Setup new hardware and phone
  • Inventory user equipment and e-waste older equipment
 
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of practical experience
  • Customer support experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • Reliability

Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (No C2C)
