What you will do

Provide administrative support to the Recruiting/Sales Team of a growing consulting organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting vendor managed clients, tracking requirements, submitting candidates, coordination and appointment/interview scheduling, placement/term paperwork, coordinating documentation for payroll, timesheet management, process improvement, and coordinating consultant events and recognition.

This role requires a highly ethical person who is detail oriented and very organized. This role demands a great deal of confidentiality. A great attitude, strong work ethic and a desire to work with a dynamic team are qualities important for any candidate. Must have ability to work with a high sense of urgency.
