Salesforce Project Coordinator

Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Salesforce Project Coordinator. This is a 6 month + contract position and a hybrid opportunity.

Description:
  • We are a team working to rapidly decarbonize the electric grid.
  • Our mission is to help create a shared understanding of what is happening on the grid for everyone who is involved in building, managing and using it.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide program coordination across two critical programs supporting commercial operations on a rapidly growing team.
  • Program Calendars / Meetings Deliverables, develop and curate the primary deliverables list.
  • Work with team leads/responsible parties to ensure timely updates/forecasts of each deliverable prior to check-in meetings.
  • Salesforce CRM implementation and Management.
  • Work with the PgMs to establish standards and processes to deploy Salesforce CRM for the team.
  • Create document management repositories for program updated and logically organized for ease of use by team members.
  • Propose and enforce organizational standards across the team to ensure that the CRM is actively used and updated.
  • Work with the PgM Lead to establish a scalable model for processes to share with internal partners.
  • Perform an extensive array of administrative and operational tasks to support a rapidly growing team
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies.
  • Organize and manage implementation of program policies and practices.

Requirements:
  • Superb expertise of fundamental administrative tools and processes, specifically Gsuite and Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process, project, and program management theory and practices, and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate environment / tech company.
  • Highly detail oriented.
  • Responsive to varying needs and changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp).
