Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Program Manager I. This is a 12 month + contract position located in Mountain View, CA.

Description:
  • Seeking Program Manager I.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive material readiness for mass production builds in a balanced and sustained fashion.
  • Ensure smooth product transitions. Be the primary material liaison with ODM/CM and NPI/OPM/TPM for product bring up and launch. Identify supply chain risks and mitigation steps to ensure material readiness from product goes into mass production and through End of Life (EOL).
  • Communicate status, risks, and influence change. Drive initiatives and process improvements to help the team to become more scalable.
  • Maintain budget records and provide high level of Customer Service for internal customers.
  • Follow up on open purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery and communicate with internal customers to resolve receiving and accounts payable discrepancies.
  • TopDaily Responsibilities:
    • Drive material readiness for mass production builds in a balanced and sustained fashion.
    • Maintain budget records (IMF) and provide a high level of Customer Service for internal customers.
    • Monitor the premium purchase process, verifying with the requesters to ensure the right approval process is followed and proper approval documentations are obtained and recorded.
    • Ensure smooth product transitions. Be the material liaison with ODM/CM and NPI/OPM/TPM for product bring up and launch. Identify supply chain risks and mitigation steps to ensure material readiness from product goes into mass production and through End of Life (EOL), including any E&O analysis.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • 3 years' experience in a supply chain program.
  • Management, material management and procurement experience.
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
  • Desired:
    • 5 years relevant work experience.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to operate software applications including ERP and/or Oracle experience.
    • Team player with excellent communication skills.
