Genesis10 is seeking a Product Manager for this Direct Hire Perm position located in Dallas, TX. Remote is available with 25% travel if not local to Dallas.
As the Product Solutions Manager - Benefits, you will serve as the business owner, and subject matter expert for new and existing benefits products and solutions. The Solutions Manager will have responsibility for developing customer and market insights, translating insights into portfolio innovation, and working cross-functionally to lead go-to-market activities. A key focus of this position will be to assist in developing and managing new ideas/concept and go-to-market best practices and processes and implement these across the organization.

  • Keen awareness and understanding of the competitive benefits/HR landscape and constantly looking for opportunities and threats.
  • Conduct and interpret customer and market research
  • Lead usability studies when appropriate
  • Interpret usage metrics for technology platforms
  • Manage a competitive assessment and tracking process
  • Help execute the overall vision and business strategy for assigned area(s)
  • Manage an ideation and evaluation process for new solutions
  • Develop and manage product and solution roadmaps, use cases, and lifecycle management programs for assigned business/solution area(s)
  • Review design, ensure branding guidelines are adhered to
  • Lead UAT testing as needed
  • Assist with the identification of potential third-party companies that can help fulfill BenefitMall's technology offerings and work with the appropriate enterprise group to execute.
  • Manage third-party integration, bundling, and packaging opportunities
  • Develop pricing models and business cases
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market activities including product/solution positioning and customer messaging, sales strategies and support, training strategies, MarCom strategies
  • Develop and manage performance dashboards and feedback
  • Manage assigned budgets
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • BA/BS degree, in marketing or technical discipline required
  • 5+ years' experience in the Employer Benefits, Insurance or HR products/services working with product/solution development, sales, marketing, or operations
  • Product/solutions management experience with demonstrated achievements in product/solution planning and go-to-market/launch activities
  • Strong quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated sales support acumen
  • Ability to present and sell ideas
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels, both internally and externally
  • Proven ability and willingness to deliver projects on time, with a high degree of quality, with minimal supervision
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
 Desired Skills:
  • Medical Carrier, General Agency or Broker Agency experience is preferred
  • Idea Portal (Aha!), Azure DevOps or Google Analytics is preferred
