Project Manager, Trust & Safety Scaled Ops Quality

Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Project Manager, Trust & Safety Scaled Ops Quality. This is a 12 month + contract position located in Sunnyvale, CA.

Description:
  • In Trust & Safety Scaled Ops Quality, the mission is to set the gold standard for quality assurance in the trust and safety industry.
  • Trust & Safety's extended workforce of manual reviewers is the largest in the fraud, spam, abuse, and content moderation industry.
  • Establishing trusted and proven quality assurance standards for the work of our extended workforce is critical, as incorrect decisions made by manual reviewers can have significant implications on users and/or on machine learning models which consume the labels produced in the manual review process.
  • As a team, we define how to measure the quality of manual reviews, build out monitoring tools and processes for the same, and ensure that emerging quality issues are detected in a timely manner.
  • As a project manager, you will be helping us build for scale by migrating our quality framework to one unified platform.
  • You will be involved from project inception and planning out each migration to actual implementation through to documenting the implementation.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive workflow-level migration plans working with cross-functional partners.
  • Drive execution for each migration, track schedule/milestones, flag risks, resolve issues, and manage escalations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on new processes, training on tooling/error categorization, UAT, launch readiness, etc.
  • Coordinate with technical resources for the technical aspects of the migration.
  • Provide thorough, easy to consume documentation of each migration.
  • Working with cross-functional partner teams to plan quality implementations.
  • Managing the schedule for each implementation and keeping milestones on-track.
  • Flagging risks and coordinating escalations when issues arise.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree.
  • 4+ years of cross-functional project management experience.
  • Proven track record of documenting technical implementations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp).
Desired:
  • SQL knowledge and experience working with multiple large datasets.
  • Content moderation and/or experience quality assurance.
