Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager Consultant with our client in the financial industry in Charlotte, NC & Virginia & Texas. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Additional resourcing is required to support the remaining work for MRA2, PTx issue remediation, and CTI Horizon Jira Onboarding initiative
• Includes project management, coordination, requirements gathering, reporting and metrics, and logistics for the core Infrastructure remediation team
• The candidate will be supporting several enterprise level projects related to Change Management and Agile Transformation
• Responsibilities include all areas of project management including project scope, schedule, costs, resource utilization, deliverable quality, and risk/issue resolution
• They will serve as a project liaison to business partners, other IT team associates and will communicate scope, progress, and issue risks to stakeholders at various levels
• They will also gather and or document technical communications plan and coordinate end user readiness

Requirements:

• The role is highly collaborative and requires strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and team building skills in a professional environment
• Documentation skills are also required using a variety of tools (MS Office, SharePoint, MS Project, etc.)
• Strong background in ITIL framework and processes
• Experience with SDLC (Agile Methodologies/Waterfall) and Project Management Framework
• Familiarity with infrastructure and software technology, and adept at quickly learning technical concepts
• Agility when dealing with change
• Traditional PM Skills
• Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
