Genesis10 is seeking a Coordinator for a leading financial services company in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 6-month contract role that will begin remote and be a hybrid role.
Job Description:
The Coordinator works closely with campus diversity and early career program managers in organizing and executing campus recruiting events, intern and program orientation and training, social and networking events.
Job Duties:
  • Maintains class lists.
  • Supports candidate, keeps warm strategy by generating content and sending out newsletters to early career talents.
  • Partners Program Managers in reviewing content and updates intern handbook on MS Teams.
  • Designs and collects pulse surveys and assist in conducting analysis that will aid in program improvements.
  • Manages and streamlines onboarding and offboarding logistics and processes.
  • Manages vendor and payment for corporate gifts, including placing orders and maintaining record of expenditure.
  • Other early career team responsibilities as needed.
  • Initial work arrangement could be remote and expected to be in-person when the respective programs start in the summer.
  • Work closely with diversity and early career program managers in organizing and executing:
    • campus recruiting and pipeline events
    • orientation, networking, CSR, training and graduation events,
    • intern hiring decision meetings,
    • year-end performance calibration exercises,
    • matching/ placement processes.
  • Maintain intern and program participant databases.
  • Design communication channel and content for intern and early career program participants, e.g. monthly newsletters.
  • Partner the program managers in reviewing the content of the intern and program participant handbooks. Update and maintain the handbooks via MS Teams or an app.
  • Design and collect pulse survey and conduct analysis to aid in program improvements.
  • Manage and streamline the on-boarding logistics and processes of pipeline interns, interns and early career program participants. Manage the off-boarding process. 
  • Support the 'sell' and keep warm strategies. 
  • Select, manage vendor for corporate gifts, placing orders and managing the inventory and invoice payments.
  • Make process improvement suggestions to support operational excellence and enhance participant experience.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in campus recruiting or early career program coordination and a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Adept at planning / prioritizing work by establishing objectives that align with team goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Familiarity with Visier and/or Oracle is a plus.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and demonstrate commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high volumes, working cross-functionally, globally and in a team environment.
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10(nocorptocorp)
