Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager with our company client in their Dallas, TX location. This is a 18 month + contract position.

  • Seeking a Program Manager
  • The Program Manager will drive Client's Physical Security Standards (Lenel, Milestone, Hanwha and TDS) in all projects
  • The Program manager will be responsible for the overall management of the project and service work being performed throughout North America, EMEA, APAC and LAO
  • This position will require the management of projects across all regions
  • The Project manager will work with field offices and partner integration firms to drive standardization and ultimately the satisfaction of Client
  • The Project Manager focuses on all aspects of project performance, especially those that relate to resource planning and scheduling, communication, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance
  • Serve as primary communication interface on project related matters
  • Interface with Lenel, Milestone, Hanwha, and TDS representatives to achieve systems integration and standardization
  • Coordinates and manages overall efforts for all installation, commissioning and site acceptance testing for projects
  • In addition to working directly with Client, a key responsibility of the Program Manager will be building a scalable delivery team beyond the local area
  • The first step in doing so is the continued use and refinement of your existing corporate standards for the execution of project work and service. These standards will be employed by all other locations in the delivery of Client project work. Where an office does not exist, the standards will provide a framework for interviewing and evaluating prospective integration partners that may engage to deliver similar projects
  • The Program Manager will also act as a Service Coordinator to coordinate and manage the overall service and work-order process and related activity
  • It will be the responsibility of the Program Manager to ensure that the established service standards and associated metrics are being met

  • Acts as a single point of contact on individual accounts, responsible for managing communications for all engagements
  • Becomes a subject matter expert on Client installation standards, business needs and knowing how to navigate their organizatio
  • Serves as a trusted advisor and liaison between corporate, local offices, subcontractors, vendors, partners and manufacturers
  • Leverages internal resources to help define Client's strategy for the procurement and deployment of security systems (access control, video and visitor management) that will enhance security capabilities and cost-effectiveness
  • Helps develop unique design site solutions and introduces advanced solutions to customer challenges, incorporating best practices in Client's Physical Security Standards and Security Services Procurement Guide
  • Leads project planning and develops project schedules with customer's expectations, establishing project milestones to execute work to a mutually agreed upon timeline and methodology
  • Manages schedule and shares updates to drive resource accountability and timely project completions
  • Drives consistency in delivery of all services across multiple locations, regions and countries by obtaining weekly updates from each project manager and providing Client with weekly updates on progress and challenges that need to be resolved internally
  • Develops a project execution process that includes the customer's vision and expectations
  • Communicates requirements and customer expectations to team and engages the necessary resources to drive consistent project execution
  • Deploys standard processes and tools that drive internal efficiencies and fosters the engagement of Client resources (e.g., IT, Facilities Management & Procurement) to ensure resource alignment, timely project execution and drive continuous improvement
  • The project execution process will also ensure adherence to specific customer standards, satisfaction in delivery of services, industry best practices, code requirements and/or market regulations
  • Provides Quarterly Business Reviews with a Scorecard that measure on-time delivery and quality of three primary deliverables: proposals, projects and service calls. In addition, the review should also include an overview of spend by project, countries and regions. Maintains all account documentation, directs all communications and updates to the customer in a regular and proactive manner
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
Project Management/Program Management experience
Experience with physical security (camera surveillance, access control, visitor management, etc.) and related standards
Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
