The G10 Associates Program is seeking a college graduate for an exciting role as a Jr Business Analyst / Quality Analyst in South Bend, IN! 

Program Summary:
The G10 Associates program is an innovative training and mentoring program designed to launch the careers of new and recent college graduates. We partner with top organizations across the US to place G10 Associates. All new G10 Associates will complete customized training to prepare them for the diverse challenges they will face in their new role. Once onsite we will work closely with you through mentoring to ensure your professional success.

As an Analyst, you will take on the critical role of turning business needs into technology solutions. From writing test plans and test cases to communicating bugs to developers and stakeholders, analysts turn ideas into reality. Analysts are very comfortable with working in a team environment, and they possess solid communication and documentation skills.

Soft Skills: Analysts rely on clear communication (written and verbal) to ensure ability to write test plans and test cases. They are responsible for communicating bugs to developers and other stakeholders. The role includes creative solving of technical problems to ensure the ability translate technical requirements test plans, the ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables to find defects quickly, and the ability to think abstractly. 

Responsibilities:
  • Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
  • Conduct exploratory testing of the system and solutions.
  • Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
  • Identify any potential quality issues and escalate quality issues to management.
  • Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
  • Perform thorough regression testing.
Required Experience/Skills:
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical or analytical degree program 
  • Strong Analysis Skills
  • Strong Communication skills 
  • Exposure to Agile Development Methodology
  • Exposure to basic coding - SQL or other technical language
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent team attitude
  • Professional demeanor
  • Desire to work in corporate environment and develop consulting skills
  • 3-6+ months of corporate work/internship experience
