Genesis10 is currently seeking an SharePoint Administrator with our client in the financial industry in their Richmond, VA location. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Description:
  • Factory Support:
    • Responsible for day-to-day management and execution of the Operational Excellence Process Modeling Factory. Responsibilities include assignment of activities for the Process Model Template, monitoring the through-put of the factory, research, analysis and execution of managed change; creating and delivering internal reports to management and interested stakeholders.
    • Manage the work efforts of the Intake COE offshore team
    • Manage and maintain the Process Architect and Process Modeler Resource Capacity tracker
    • Ensure Observations are extracted and tracked appropriately
    • Ensure Process Templates efficiently move through the workflow
    • Provide Internal Reporting on the status of the Factory
  • SharePoint Support:
    • Responsible for design, delivery and operational support of SharePoint functionality to enable the Operational Excellence Process Modeling Factory.
    • Provide creative SharePoint solutions based on requirements from the OpEx and Business Teams
    • Monitor, triage and resolve SharePoint Issues and Small Requests
    • Provide bulk-load/edit support for Data Migration efforts via Access integration
    • Manage access to all appropriate SharePoint sites
    • Ensure Self-service Change flows through the appropriate data lists
    • Provide extreme oversight to the Managed Change process for MTM, 2-Deep and Business Functions changes.
    • Must be an expert in SharePoint Designer Workflows, DFFS/InfoPath Designer, SharePoint/Access DB integration
    • Advanced Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Access skills
    • Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
    • Ability to think proactively and balance multiple needs, requests and goals
    • Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team
    • Must be detail oriented, resourceful, creative and flexible, possessing a "can do” attitude
Requirements:
  • Years of experience required: 5-7
  • Top 3 required IT/Technical skill-sets:
  • SharePoint Designer
  • Design Forms for SharePoint (DFFS)
  • SharePoint 2013
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
