Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry in their Charlotte, NC location. This is a 12 month + contract position.


Responsibilities:
  • The Shared Platforms department has a need for a Project Manager Delivery Lead with their primary focus being the implementation, adoption and rollout of Agile View and the backing data architecture to back AgileView metrics
  • A Project Manager, is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of a defined project which requires engagement from teams across multiple value streams/organizations
  • Key responsibilities include communicating the desired program outcomes, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing visibility into the health of the program
  • This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the program outcomes, timeline, cost
  • They manage financials for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners
  • A Project Manager, is an individual contributor at the program level
  • The candidate would be expected to build strong relationships with their respective business partners, program manager and product owner and other technology customers and to collaborate on multi-year roadmap planning and execution that frames a clear vision of how technology can enable responsible growth. Specific responsibilities would include:
  • Coordinates and facilitates the program routines –e.g. kick-off, program reviews, status review, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
  • Plans and coordinates program delivery and dependencies across multiple value streams
  • Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the program
  • Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across value streams to achieve the program outcomes and timeline
  • Responsible to provide status updates for the program to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the desired outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
  • Ensures that execution is aligned with program outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
  • Ensures the work delivered by the program complies with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Measures the program success and reviews the metrics with stakeholders and leadership
  • Manages the financials and resource planning for the program
  • Provides input to define/improve the Enterprise Change Management standards and process
Requirements:
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
