Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager I with our client in the SEO industry in their Mountain View, CA location. This is a 6 month + contract position.

  • Seeking a Program Manager I
  • Our Global Performance and Programmatic Solutions organization leads our commercial business strategy for our Ads, Marketing Platform and Publisher partnerships and is responsible for driving adoption of our advertising products.
  • This role is an opportunity to work closely with teams across our Sales, Operations, and Product to drive advertiser and agency activation for a major initiative. Acting as a project and product specialist, you'll support Sales and advertisers in executing the initiative. You'll own end-to-end completion of the project on behalf of your advertisers, closely tracking progress against milestones and reporting status to the broader project team. This work will culminate in a comprehensive and accurate dataset that will enable a successful launch of the initiative
  • We're looking for a self-starting, organized, problem solver who has the ability to multitask, set priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Sales support:
    • Assist sales teams with engagement with our largest clients
    • Act as specialist for sales & client questions related to the project
  • Project management:
    • Track project status and key performance metrics
    • Provide ongoing communications about the overall Project/Program for the various stakeholder groups, both internally and externally with key partners
  • Analyze work pipeline and workflow:
    • Define, develop, execute, and update repeatable processes/tools
    • Increase effectiveness of tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively improving current systems and structures
  • Data extraction & manipulation:
    • Create data packs for sales by extracting, manipulating, and cleaning data for sales
    • Receive & process data from sales & clients

  • Ability to manage complex tasks from start to finish
  • Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency
  • Strong professional etiquette, organizational skills, self-starter, and attention to detail
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
  • Desired:
    • Additional Languages (esp. Mandarin) - nice to have but not required Sales / customer engagement experience 
    • Ability to work manipulate large data sets in SQL or related language
