Genesis10 is currently seeking an Operations Project Coordinator I with our client in the SEO industry in their Sunnyvale, CA location. This is a 6 month + contract position.

Description:
  • Seeking an Operations Project Coordinator I

Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Materials Management:
    • Act as Order management Point of Contact (POC) for all new demand requests
    • Ingest demand via our ticketing system (GUTS) and import data into spreadsheet
    • Generate project funding requests (PFR) for each project, and trigger purchase orders through Procure to Pay (P2P team)
    • Maintain and run forecasting and Inventory planning models to monitor Safety Stock, Reorder point and Reorder Quantities
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels
  • Reporting:
    • Gather data, analyze and create metrics and reports around supply chain performance, dashboards and analyses to drive key business decisions
    • Provide daily and weekly reporting of agreed metrics to business stakeholders
    • Monitor KPIs and business metrics and escalate as appropriate
  • Communications and Issue resolution:
    • Work with warehouse, accounts payable to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts
    • Identify and resolve issues working with cross functional stakeholders from supply chain, deployment teams purchasing teams, warehouse, accounts payable and customers
    • Identify and work with support teams to resolve master data issues in Bills of Materials (BOM), costs, lead times etc.
    • Review and respond to requests for status and information from partners and support teams
    • Strong reporting skills
  • Service Delivery Management:
    • Partner with our team to ensure communication of results and resolve customer escalations
    • Work with client Program Managers (PMs) to suggest end to end process improvements
    • Conduct root cause analyses and align service delivery towards improving overall business metrics
    • Partner with operations and management teams to ensure communication of results and resolve customer escalations

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of direct Supply Chain experience (Planning, Procurement, Order management)
  • Planning system/tools experience (MRP, ERP)
  • Inventory Management experience
  • Managing BOM's, cost info, lead times
  • Strong Excel proficiency
  • Strong communication skills - to handle large volume of emails and communications
  • Strong reporting skills - Being able to gather data, analyze and create reports
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
  • Desired:
    • 6-10 years of direct Supply Chain experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent applicable experienceVendor management
