Genesis10 is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Lead (Manager) for a direct hire position with a FINTECH Financial Services Firm located in New York, NY.

Summary:
This role will partner with Business Heads, HR BP's, and Heads of HR to execute the TA strategy and develop divisional and location specific hiring plans and campaigns for a global division in line with divisional strategic objectives. The global TA lead will work closely with TA members across the globe experienced hire, early careers, operations and recruitment marketing. The TA Lead for ISD currently leads a team of 2 recruiters in the USA and 1 recruiter in Hong Kong and has responsibility for all Information Services hiring activity globally.

The Global TA Lead has full operational responsibility for all end to end recruitment activity in their division, and is responsible for directing, managing, and mentoring geographically distributed teams of recruiters, recruiting for senior / critical hires, managing searches and search firms, managing recruitment suppliers and ensuring delivery of a first-class end to end service for the business division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of the end to end TA service for one or multiple divisions globally
  • Manages teams of recruiters or outsource partner recruitment teams in the delivery of resourcing services ensuring effective allocation of resource against business needs
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of divisional strategic objectives
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Heads of HR, and Hiring Managers to deliver TA services in line with these objectives
  • Partner with stakeholders up to MD / C level to ensure divisional recruitment activity reflects group people strategy. Champion diversity and internal mobility. Demonstrates the need for, and deliver, even shortlists where possible
  • Develop agreed diversity hiring targets, delivery plans and innovative solutions in support of hiring and selecting qualified, diverse and underrepresented talent
  • Act as a key business facing expert for the TA discipline, provide advisory services and ensure best practice across the division
  • Act as an ambassador for HR strategic priorities Career Framework, Diversity, Culture, Inclusivity, Flexibility
  • Partners with COE's to develop understanding of internal talent landscape and succession plans.
  • Proactively pipelines and promotes internal talent
  • Partners with Heads of HR to recommend and manage hires of senior executives via Executive Search at roles up to Director and on occasion at Managing Director level
  • Manage and evaluate external vendor relationships, review and engage new suppliers where necessary.
  • Facilitate hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to manage effective and calibrated interview processes
  • Take ownership for relevant candidate pipelines and continuing to develop them through various sourcing methods including internal hiring, recruitment agency, direct applicants, direct sourcing and employee referrals
  • Manage feedback process with candidates, and more widely manage the candidates and any recruiters involved in the hiring process
  • Lead offer-making and negotiation process in collaboration with colleagues in reward
  • Manage effectively hiring of candidates (including onboarding and vetting) through a defined and consistent process using workday recruitment
  • Support development and implementation of the recruitment marketing elements of the Global Talent Acquisition strategy at a global and local level
  • Develop and manage a global / local recruitment marketing plan for the year
  • Member of Global talent Acquisition leadership team
  • Contribute to TA strategy, function goal and initiative setting and taking ownership for delivery of projects enabling the global TA strategy
  • Serve as front line escalation for client and recruiter issues/questions; escalate to senior leader and/or client partner as appropriate.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive in depth knowledge of and experience in a similar inhouse talent acquisition role within financial services or technology related field
  • Deep expertise in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. Demonstrate a strong track record of managing agency and direct hiring, internal mobility, and increasing diversity. Experience recruiting in multiple locations. Additional knowledge of recruitment marketing, branding and early career hiring is ideal
  • Experience managing and developing teams of recruiters at varying levels of capability, ideally in different countries
  • Strong Stakeholder management and well-developed communication skills, ability to negotiate effectively both internally and externally at senior levels
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to understand and navigate a global matrix organization
  • Excellent relationship management skills and a collaborative approach, ability to develop solid cross functional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders e.g. business leaders, hiring managers, recruiters, marketing colleagues and vendors globally
  • Customer centricity, ability to provide an advisory service to stakeholders, acting as a business enabler whilst maintaining adherence to policy and process
  • Analytically minded, metrics driven, organized approach to recruiting. Ability to analyze and evaluate data from multiple sources to aid in identifying route cause of issues and proposed solutions
  • Proactive behavior that demonstrates initiative and positive work ethic to ensure activities are delivered to the required time, budget and quality.
  • Maximizes opportunities; i.e. challenges ways of working, adopts Group practices, seeks and provides information and clarification
  • MS Office literate including strong PowerPoint skills
