Genesis10's G10 Associates Program is seeking qualified Business Systems Analysts to join our Twin Cities, MN Team!

Program Summary:

The G10 Associates program is an innovative training and mentoring program designed to launch the careers of new and recent college graduates.  We partner with top organizations across the US to place G10 Associates.  All new G10 Associates will complete customized training to prepare them for the diverse challenges they will face in their new role.  Once onsite we will work closely with you through mentoring to ensure your professional success.
As an Entry Level Business Systems Analyst with Genesis10, you will take on the critical role of turning business needs into technology solutions. From defining system requirements and designing technical solutions to developing and testing enhancements, systems analysts turn ideas into reality. Business Systems Analysts are very comfortable with system/software design and development, and they possess solid communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities include interviewing stakeholders to elicit and document business needs, and defining functional, high-level and detailed system requirements for the requested software changes. Actively engage in solutioning discussions with project teams to ensure clear understanding of the requirements, approach, and system solution. Obtain sign-off of deliverables by all impacted parties. Participate in solution design reviews. Perform as the liaison between IT resources and the business requestors to resolve questions from IT resources regarding the requested software changes. Partner with Quality Assurance resources to review related test cases/scenarios. Report issues, risks and project status to Sr. BSA or Lead as defined by project structure. Participate in efforts to ensure team and system development processes are improving and evolving as to respond to changing business needs.

  • Finance experience or knowledge

  • MS Office applications
  • Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or related field
