Genesis10 is seeking a Salesforce Lead BA for a direct placement position with our client in Malvern, PA. 

Summary:
The Salesforce Lead BA has business competency within Sales, has a good understanding of CRM data and possesses superior analytical skills. This position interacts with business, conducts analysis, and documents business processes, functions, capabilities, requirements, etc.-all enabled by IT. The Business Analyst will interact with business and IT delivery stakeholders to define requirements, and ensure functionality is delivered per specifications.
This role operates across multiple systems and interacts with global stakeholders. The focus of this role is to enable multi-channel Sales Effectiveness processes enabled by IT solutions to support client's vision powered by CRM data insights and analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • Interact with business, conduct analysis and document business processes, functions, capabilities, requirements, etc.
  • Solicit client requirements using walk-through, document analysis, storyboards, use case scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
  • Analyze and interpret business and user requirements into functional requirements and specifications that have an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the development implementation and testing teams
  • Translate and simplify requirements
  • Assist business to select requirements based on MVP and clear business priorities
  • Performs a liaison between the business and IT Services: Developers and Testers
  • Verify that the implemented solution meets the requirements
  • Identify and articulate the need for change and assessing the impact of the change
  • Support project managers to ensure key deliverables are met in an accurate timely manner assisting in the troubleshooting of problems and issues; make recommendations and provide alternative solutions when it applies
  • Leverage technical architects and factor in architectural planning into decisions and recommendations
  • Assist support engineers with Critical issues that have been escalated
  • Own your area of responsibility by providing guidance and leadership to all team members. Work with and through all team members e.g. Business Owners, Project manager, other BA's, Scrum Master, Developers, Testers, SQA to ensure key deliverables are met in an accurate timely manner within budget and adhering to Quality process.
  • Adopt a Global-Enterprise client mindset. Think beyond your area of responsibility; collaborate with other IT colleagues to achieve integrated cross-platform business-enabling IT solutions.
  • Contribute to the outcome of supporting functions and tools e.g. Service Management Office and collaboration tools to improve your experience of managing your responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications preferred with emphasis on Sales Effectiveness
  • Agile certifications preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in IT or business or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud platforms
  • Experience working globally in multi-cultural environment across time-zones
  • Experience with Salesforce Mobile App and Lightning
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum Methodology
  • Experience as Salesforce administrator or Salesforce App Builder preferred
  • Experience with API and data integrations
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards & analytics
  • Experience implementing CRM solutions from start to finish, including the creation of business requirements and other formal documentation
  • Understanding of key operational metrics and performance indicators used to manage a Sales Effectiveness
  • Experience working with sandbox and production environments to manage the distribution of system functional or process changes highly desired
