Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Delivery Manager with our client in the financial industry in their Charlotte, NC location. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Seeking a Product Delivery Manager


The Product Delivery Manager will be responsible to drive a high-quality client onboarding from kick-off to business Go Live of their SaaS product. The role will involve scope, planning and execution of the necessary activities within a delivery framework. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, business, data, and general technical knowledge and experience of working with large Financial Institutions and Software-as-a-Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product on-boarding & implementations through all life cycle stages
  • Manage 2-3 projects of varying complexity and size simultaneously
  • Define client specific project plan from an initial template and execute the plan
  • Hold both internal teams and clients accountable for tasks
  • Track and coordinate client acceptance testing
  • Report regular status updates internally and to clients
  • Track, manage, and communicate project budgets
  • Establish and maintain client relationships and communicate feedback as appropriate
  • Manage client expectations for product delivery
  • Support general product questions and best practices
  • Work with the Product Manager to understand how customer requirements affect the product roadmap
  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure successful customer delivery
  • Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams
Requirements:
  • 2+ years project/product management experience with client interaction and IT cross functional teams in a product delivery or consulting (ideally with Big Four) environment, ideally within Financial Services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Process driven – but ability to decide on deviations and assess the risks
  • Excellent understanding Product Delivery on-boarding & implementations
  • Financial awareness and ability to control a budget
  • Ability to balance client and company needs / requirements and control project scope
  • Willingness to learn the business domain
  • Problem solving and the ability to reach compromise
  • Prior experience managing multiple parties within a program / project: various internal teams and disciplines, multiple external parties
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
