Genesis10 is currently seeking an Administrative Business Partner II with our client in the SEO industry in their Sunnyvale, CA location. This is a 2 month + contract position.

  • Seeking an Administrative Business Partner II
  • Provide support for 4 directors in GCD Org (Global Capacity Delivery) 
  • Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: 
    • Heavy Calendar management and Meeting scheduling
    • Event planning
    • Travel booking
  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • 2-3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and Administrative Business Partner (ABP)
  • Heavy calendar management skills
  • Event planning experience (e.g. office happy hours, team offsites)
  • Google Suite (gmail, calendar, drive)
  • Desired Skills:
    • Previous experience at company is strongly desired
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
