Genesis10 is currently seeking an Operations Project Coordinator II with our client in the SEO industry in their Mountain View, CA location. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Description:
  • Seeking an Operations Project Coordinator II

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinator for Internship Program - Coordinate with engineering and technical leads, HR points of contact, recruiters and ABPs (Administrative Business Partners) to help organize the Summer, Fall and Winter internship programs
  • Coordinator for Engineering Reviews - Coordinate with engineering and technical leads and ABPs (Administrative Business Partners) to help organize the formal, weekly, cross-team engineering and design reviews
  • Coordinator for OKR process - Coordinate with technical program managers and Administrative Business Partners in DIA to help organize the quarterly, cross-team OKR and team reviews process
  • Coordinator for University Research Funding programs - Coordinate with Finance, Legal and University Relations teams as well as with points of contacts at reputed universities to help facilitate the annual research funding programs in the team
  • Program Management Operations - Work closely with TPMs (technical program managers) in helping curate process and documentation templates, project schedules and other tools and in infrequent maintenance of the team website
  • Report Generation - Coordinate with engineering and technical leads and PMs (product managers) to collate material for status reports and work with TPMs (technical program managers) to collate these into coherent reports 
  • Product Operations:
    • Coordinator for Client Requests - Coordinate with engineering and technical leads, PMs (product managers) and TPMs (technical program managers) to run the quarterly client requests prioritization process
    • Coordinator for Product Surveys
    • Coordinate with PMs (product managers) and UX researchers to run the annual user survey process for multiple products in the team
    • Coordinator for Product Team meetings - Help facilitate weekly PMs (product managers) team meetings with guidance from the lead PM 
    • Coordinator for Product Summits - Coordinate with engineering and technical leads, PMs (product managers) and ABPs (Administrative Business Partners) to help organize annual Product Summits across global offices for multiple products in the team
      Coordinator for Product Roadmaps - Coordinate with PMs (product managers) and TPMs (technical program managers) to help facilitate the annual roadmap creation exercise 
    • Coordinator for Client Syncs - Coordinate with PMs (product managers) and TPMs (technical program managers) to help organize quarterly meetings with key client teams 
  • Team events: 
    • Coordinator for Global All Hands - Coordinate with ABPs (Administrative Business Partners) to help organize team level All Hands meetings across global offices 1 - 2 times a year
    • Coordinator for Leadership Summit - Coordinate with engineering and technical leads, PMs (product managers) and ABPs (Administrative Business Partners) to help organize the annual team Leadership Summit
    • Coordinator for "Demo Days” - Coordinate with technical leads, engineers and ABPs (Administrative Business Partners) to facilitate the annual "Demo Days” competition, where engineers present new product ideas for development into full-fledged products

Requirements:
  • 8 - 10 years of proven, hands on experience prior Program Management experience, preferably with technology and engineering teams
  • 4 year Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Superb Written & Verbal Communication skills
  • Fluency with spreadsheets and project management tools
  • Hiring level / experience - Equivalent to L4 PgM / Product Operations roles
  • Excellent Communication skills - With the ability to tailor format and style to match the situation whether in person, emails or documents
  • Self-driven attitude - Must be able to work independently on projects, have a bias towards action, take initiative to understand the activity and engage in the conversation needed to complete a goal
  • Can anticipate issues - Should be able to prioritize in a complex and ambiguous environment, manage cross-functional dependencies, and identify opportunities to develop / improve tools and processes
  • Effective follow-through - Candidate must possess proven attention to detail, the ability to diligently track commitments and close them to completion
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
  • Desired:
    • MBA / Diploma in Management
    • PMI - PMP Certifications or equivalent
