Genesis10 is currently seeking a Research Program Manager I with our client in the SEO industry in their Mountain View, CA location. This is a 3 month + contract position.

  • The Accessibility Team is looking for a Research Program Manager for its user experience research (UXR) team
  • This role provides program management leadership and operational support throughout the research process by onboarding new participants, streamlining the user research process, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and outside companies
  • In this role, you'll combine expert project management skills with a passion for user driven insights to help the team improve the designs of products that billions of users with disabilities rely on
  • You'll work with researchers, recruiters, program managers and others to develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of processes facilitating research with enterprise users, plan research projects, define milestones, assess risks, and help define the enterprise user research roadmap
  • You are a master planner and a flexible project manager who can balance multiple projects

  • Client new sources of research participants with disabilities (e.g., organizations, social networks, local communities)
  • Management of research program across the company (tracking adoption and impact)
  • Represent accessibility needs within research and recruiting infrastructure efforts
  • Research and vet vendors and tools to help scale accessibility research
  • Coordinate a roadmap of research with people with disabilities
  • Define and publish protocols around non-standard recruiting methods
  • Identify partnership opportunities, and ensuring smooth research workflow
  • Assist with coordinating accessibility research communications and events

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and credibility
  • Ability to create order and process out of ambiguity 
  • Demonstrated program/project management skills, with ability to lead and measure complex strategic and operational initiatives
  • Familiarity with design, user research, and innovation product development processes and experience working with design, research, and engineering professionals 
  • Proven ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems 
  • Track record of creating, coordinating, implementing, and measuring programs and operations in large, complex organizations 
  • Track record of leadership who can help our team execute on solutions in a timely manner 
  • Prior experience in program management, research coordination, user research design, or enterprise user research recruiting preferred

Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
