MADJV Specific
  • 5-7 years of MADJV Infrastructure workstream management
  • Proven experience in managing MADJV infrastructure workstreams that consists of network, server, database, communication and collaboration, End user computing scope
  • Ability to handle multiple MADJV infrastructure workstreams in parallel. Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
  • Lead and evaluate project managers works under when multiple sub workstreams are involved in a MADJV program
  • Ability to handle the on-fly scope changes, work through priorities, planning resource requirements, Highlighting associated risks to both internal and client side
  • Confidence to stand up to challenges, say no when expectations are unrealistic, or to help set realistic expectations.
  • Demonstrated skills with a focus on leading through ambiguity and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements to appropriate technical streams
  • Work alongside the MADJV COE Team to develop and enhance processes and procedures and to provide a long-term view of MADJV activity and potential impact to resourcing requirements
  • Defines and discerns key aspects of the business requirement and develops an integrated project plan while adhering to the MADJV Playbook.
  • Interest in exploring new MADJV methodology

  • Lead a geographically distributed team

  • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in program/project management
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, Clarizen etc.) is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Bachelors or Master's Degree
  • 10-15 years of IT and business/industry work experience
  • 3-5 years of program management experience
  • Demonstrated skills with a focus on leading through ambiguity and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across multiple countries and groups to set direction, build consensus and solve problems
  • Demonstrated experience with leading large scale change initiatives, and in a complex, multi-faceted environment.
  • Conceptual thinking; ability to communicate a compelling vision and apply business needs with resource requirements in an effective manner as an input to near and long term requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in all settings, including sensitive and intense situations, by tactfully responding to requests and thoughtfully persuading others to adopt ideas.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and management of vendors.
  • Ability to accomplish results through lower level supervisors or and professional employees.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Confidence to stand up to challenges, say no when expectations are unrealistic, or to help set realistic expectations.
  • Experience with off-shore delivery models
