Genesis10 is currently seeking a Commercial Title Coordinator with our client in their Akron, OH location. This is a 3 month + contract position with the right to hire.

Description:
  • Seeking a Commercial Title Coordinator to obtain commercial real estate information from a national database of vendors ensuring that quality, turnaround time and cost requirements are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine the appropriate vendor to assign work to, focusing on quality, turnaround time and cost
  • Utilize available resources to locate and recruit new vendors
  • Assign orders within an established time frame
  • Follow up on outstanding orders, contacting examiners in a variety of ways, on a regular basis for outstanding reports in order to facilitate the quickest return of work possible
  • Review search data provided by abstractors for completeness and accuracy
  • Monitor abstractor pricing and make adjustments to files as needed
  • Verify all information with the examiners/abstractors
  • Contact county offices for clarification of information as needed
  • Match up and attach searches to appropriate files
  • Liaison with customers to notify of delays, help resolve order issues, respond to customer requested status reports
  • Status orders in the computer system
  • Meet minimum production goals set for the position
  • Ability to work from 8a.m. to 6p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company
  • Regular consistent attendance is required, that could include after hour Company events
  • Ability to accept supervision
  • Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships
  • Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person
  • Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS (if applicable):
    • Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday
    • Must be able to work approved and requested overtime, by supervisor
    • Repetitive and continual typing motion is required
    • Sedentary work
