New Journey AI is currently seekingRider Support Agents with our client in their Chandler, AZ location. This is a 12+ month/year contract position.

Description:
  • Seeking - Rider Support Agents
  • Responsible for supportingfor six to eight hours per day using a variety of communication channels
  • Our team has developed a strong team culture of safety, professionalism and personal responsibility

Responsibilities:
  • Operate with safety as primary goal daily
  • Provide guidance and support to our clients
  • Compose thoughtful, concise messages that align with the company's brand voice via phone, chat and email
  • Monitor interactions through visual and audio prompts in our internal tools
  • Capable of responding quickly to changing and potentially high-pressure environments
  • Can adapt to new technology and systems easily and enjoy working with cutting edge technology
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time focusing on a computer screen
  • Passionate about providing an incredible rider experience

Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree or 5 years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Able to work either early mornings, evenings and/or weekends, as well as overnight shifts
  • Flexible and fast-moving self-starter who thrives in a team environment
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to type at least 40 WPM
  • Experience working in CRM systems, multiple operating systems, and web-based applications
