Genesis10 is currently seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst with our client in their New York, NY location. This is a 9 month + contract position.

  • Seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our Customer Success Operations Team. Our Customer Success Operations team works to enable our Customer Success Managers to connect with our Talent Solutions to drive customer engagement and success with our Talent Solutions Products. This role is a contractor role based in New York, NY reporting into the Senior Manager of the Customer Success Operations for our Talent Solutions (LTS).
  • In this particular role, the Strategy & Operations Analyst will partner closely with our product marketing team to ensure a seamless roll out of new products to our Talent Solutions customers. The Analyst will work to design a customer ramp plan and provide support to measure the success and impact of new product launches. You will work as the go between the field (CSMs & Relationship Managers) and PMM to ensure customer ramp plans remain agile and responsive to customer feedback. You may also be required to provide ad hoc analytics on our Talent Solutions products and services.
  • The Analyst should have strong strategic mindset and communications skills and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business decisions. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, have attention to detail, be open minded to challenge the status quo and work on a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence from himself/herself and business partners.

  • Lead and provide recommendations on a variety of decision-making projects that will shape our future go-to-market model
  • Act like an owner in driving strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g. customer product roll out)
  • Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise sales leadership on forecasting and day to day decisions (e.g. report on impact of product launches to various business metrics)
  • Lead operational processes of the Customer Success organization, such as gathering and cross-checking feedback from CSMs and incorporating that feedback into product ramp timelines
  • Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross functional partners (business operations, sales leadership, HR, finance and systems teams) to achieve objectives

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or an analytical/operational role
  • 2+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making
    • Experience in communicating effectively and present to Senior Executives
    • Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders
    • Experience in working with Tableau, Presto, Anaplan
    • Motivation to stand out from the crowd, disrupting the norm to help the business win
    • Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high priority strategic initiatives
