Corporate Account Manager

Location: pasig, Metropolitan Manila
Role Objective
  • Acquire and maintain business through Corporate relationships with dealerships,
  • banks, automotive insurance businesses and alike, OEMs and sales
  • managers/owners in the automotive industry
  • Responsible for improving the Carousell-PH market position and achieve business
  • growth by defining long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer
  • relationships, identifying business opportunities and maintaining extensive
  • knowledge of current market conditions.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Making decisions consistent with the organization's values
  • Understands the importance of building strong relationships with backend
  • operations, takes the time to develop and nurture these relationships in order to
  • excel the team in growing the business
  • Responsible for market expansion and exploring new revenue generation avenues
  • Liaising with upper management and executing on sales strategies to ensure sales
  • targets are met/exceeded
  • Lead the formation of Corporate Sales strategies and spearheading their execution
  • through their teams
  • Identification of market trends and opportunities; Analyze current marketplace and
  • feeding back important market and competitive information to the leadership team
  • Setting the tone and guiding staff by driving and monitoring a compliant and
  • ethical work environment
  • Continuously gathering and sharing best practices on sales techniques,
  • administration, and product improvements
  • Operational :
  • Plans, organizes & implements strategic Sales efforts to meet individual and group
  • revenue objectives
  • Understands and interprets financial data to determine what is happening to a
  • particular sales group
  • Collects customer feedback and market research
  • Coordinates with Business Development Team for selling strategies
  • Coordinates with Marketing Team for the implementation of marketing strategies
  • to meet sales goals
  • Coordinates with Product Team to develop service/products that will contribute to
  • sales objectives
Skills & Competencies
  • Proven strong sales experience and team management (>20 people) experience
  • with a strong track record of gaining success through others
  • Ability to coach and train subordinates
  • Solid problem solving and analytical skills required; Ability to be flexible, problem-
  • solve, and wear multiple hats in a start-up and multicultural environment
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Ability to deliver results under tight timelines and in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work remotely
Education & Experience
  • Strong interest in and understanding of online marketplaces, automobiles, and
  • alike; 5-10 years' experience in online classifieds, e-commerce and/or automobiles
  • Strong sales industry experience (3-5 years' experience in leading field sales
  • teams)
  • Ideally a Bachelors or Master's Degree in business areas such as management,
  • marketing, or economics
  • Strong understanding of MS Excel (pivot tables, functions, etc.) preferred
  • Experienced user of sales CRM systems like BASE or Salesforce

Technical Skill Set Requirement

  • Experience using a CRM like BASE / Salesforce preferred

Salary Range: Php50k-60k
