Job Description

1) Retention and growth of existing revenue in assigned accounts.
2) For Global accounts - support Global Account team with developing and managing in-region customer relationships, day to day Account Management, and the pursuit of all in-region revenue opportunities.

As an Inside Sales rep, you'll manage a base of assigned global accounts and will own (or Co-own) the relationship with in-region customer contacts. The role will entail building, cultivating and managing key relationships, reliably dealing with BAU customer queries and escalations, delivering an optimal customer satisfaction, whilst meeting sales and revenue targets.

As the primary account owner for your account portfolio, you are responsible for ensuring the fulfilment of customer requests for additional services, or modifications to existing services, through the Telecommunication sales process. This role also seeks to identify client business needs, and working with Solution teams to build a sales funnel, in order to close incremental revenue opportunities.
In case of supporting the primary account manager, you will be responsible for key tasks like renewals, change requests etc. as agreed with the Primary account manager

Principal Job Responsibilities:

• Act as client primary APAC contact for your assigned accounts.
• Engagement with A-end Global account team to build and maintain in region sales funnel with a focus on maintaining and growing in region revenue.
• Manage all customer requests for services through the Telecommunication sales process through to fulfillment.
• Administer all your accounts in, by creating opportunities and tracking them through the Sales stages, updating forecasts, in line with sales processes.
• Interface and engage into Telecommunication cross functional quoting, solutions and service teams to deliver client requirements.
• Understanding of the customer's business and the global account strategy (where applicable) and how the products are consumed to help identify any additional solutions/product fits.
• Understanding of customers GSA/MSA to ensure proactive renewal of all of APAC billed services as they become out of contract with the goal of minimizing the write down.
• Providing local insight back to global account team on any local activities on a weekly basis.
• Deliver optimal client satisfaction through regular proactive engagement and communication, reliable execution and embodiment of the Telecommunication brand.
• Act as an agent of change in understanding and advocating Telecommunication strategic selling processes and the global direction required for success in the region with specific regional initiatives.
• Execute upon regional campaigns, taking the applicable products and solutions to your clients, and selling the Telecommunication value proposition.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Telecommunication Products and Solutions and their value proposition.
• Proactive customer engagement post services Issues/implementation.
• Ownership to resolution of any In Region Billing or Credit issue or those arising due to bad debt/ Non Payment.
• Ownership of issues identified during proactive calls and follow-through to a conclusion, providing updates to the customer in a timely professional manner.
• Compliance to Telecommunication Policies and Code of Conduct.
