Role Objective
  • Manager - Product Training must efficiently lead and guide the training and development department.
  • He Should manage the training and training partners in the geography that they operate in.
  • He should be aware of adult learning principles to deliver effective training both virtually and physically
  • He should be able to lead and support the department in the creation of training programs and materials.
  • He must leverage analysis of ongoing programs to ensure quality training is provided to clients and there is a constant improvement in training programs and initiatives.
  • He must work closely and in collaboration with various department heads and employees in developing unique and effective training solutions specific to the different departments.
Professional Know-how
Academic: Master of Technology
Experience: Overall 12-14 years of experience in training and development,3- 5 years of experience in RPA/AI/Client domain.
Working Relationships
Internal: To lead and support all training, L&D activities across the organization External: To train customers on the product knowledge and manage the competencies of our customers and partners.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Consult with key business stakeholders to identify requirements for new training.
  • Understands information systems strategy, organizational strategy, training methodologies, and infrastructure
  • Leads geographical initiatives for training to develop technical competencies including skills required for the learners to achieve business objectives.
  • Manages the training partner network and their competencies in the assigned geography to ensure the partners have the right knowledge and processes to deliver training as our extended arm
  • Develop and deliver training to audiences of varying knowledge levels applying adult learning principles both virtually and physically
  • Participates in pre-sales activity to showcase the product's strength to a variety of audiences in seminars, workshops, and events
  • Participates in delivering training for colleges and universities and contributes to the overall evangelization strategy of the organization
  • Provides feedback to learners and assists them in their learning and development activities
  • Conducts certification interviews and exams that are defined in the assessment framework of the organization
  • Assist with Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to ensure that all training materials meet the needs of the audience.
  • Develop engaging product suites including instructor-led training, print, video, eLearning assets, web-based training content and social media communication applications.
  • Supervise all phases of instructional design including needs analysis, research, consultation with subject matter experts, designing, developing, editing, creating assessments and publishing to multiple formats.
  • Develops case studies and assessments by consulting the stakeholders
  • Deploys data analytics and innovative strategies to measure and enhance the effectiveness of learning on the organization's short and long-term goals
  • Explores trends, innovations, and applications within the training industry and suggests necessary changes in the process, content, and delivery of training.
  • Conducts periodic assessment that is defined in the learning and development framework of the organization to enhance the processes, training material, and training deliveries
Skills & Experience
  • Advanced organizational and decision-making skills
  • Strong training and presentation/platform skills
  • Knowledge of LMS functionalities for training programs, including experience implementing and utilizing LMS for training
  • Knowledge of training and development theory, techniques and practices
  • Strong work ethics, high integrity and energy to create and deliver
  • Strong communications and partnering skills; one who can develop relationships at every level and respect all roles within the organization
  • Experience in Adult Learning and Education
  • Knowledge of current digital and virtual training
  • Change management, leadership development, designing, e-learning skills
  • Strong team player and able to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
  • Solid verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Should be able to travel to the destinations of customers choice
