The Private Client Service Division's business model is to work closely in partnership with major private banks operating in the North Asia markets, in delivering high value life insurance products and derivatives ("Products”) to high net worth clients.  Senior Manager or Associate Director Private Client Services will be part of the marketing team servicing PCS Hong Kong's private banks partners.
 
  1. To develop strong working relationship with private bankers with the objective of jointly identifying clients who would benefit from life insurance as a component of wealth management programs.
 
  1. To working closely with PCS Hong Kong's suppliers of the Products with a view to delivering to the clients the most competitive products tailored at the specific needs of the clients.
 
  1. To provide regular training to private bankers so that they become reasonably informed of the principal attributes of the Products and their applications.
 
  1. To provide support to private bankers from the solicitation process to final closing in the delivery of the Products to high net worth clients.
 
  1. To implement a selling process that is fully compliant with the Group operating manual and the requirements of our private bank partners and suppliers of the Products.
     
  2. To provide after sales service to high net worth clients.
 
  1. To provide feedback to the General Manager and other Group units/personnel on market trends, product developments and the changing needs of the market place.
