Senior Manager, Policy Admin

 Job Responsibilities:
Lead the Policy & Administration Service team to provide the best service for the company, including both Life and General Insurance business
Drive and engage the team to achieve service efficiency and effectiveness through continuous service improvement and people development
Ensure the defined service levels and metrics are aligned to customer / intermediary expectations and needs and drive for enhancement
Review and refine the business processes to improve end to end service
Support and drive the transformation of operating model to deliver "Customer Focus, Simplified & Innovated Operations" from plan to delivery
Lead and support different departmental or cross function projects to drive innovation and simplification of operations and deliver the best service to customer 
Your Skills And Experience

University graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in insurance industry
Excellent people management skills with solid experience in leading a big size of operation team
Familiar with Life and General Insurance operations
Knowledge in Lean / Six Sigma is a plus
