Assistant Manager, Operations Support

 Your Role
  • Provide daily operation support to Life intermediary management activities
  • Manage and update the intermediary management governance framework for Operations support team
  • Identify and comply with the main principles of legal and regulatory controls which are relevant to governance standard work and business intermediary practices
  • Support the Life insurance distribution related activities and proactively communicate with business partners and internal stakeholders
  • Closely work with the sales support and broker admin to resolve the customer issues and enquiries
  • Support the implementation of operation projects for Operations Service teams, collect project performance data and highlight variances against plans
  • Create and sustain a high performance culture within the team
Your Skills and Experience
  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations / intermediary support in insurance industry
  • Experience in project management is preferable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
