Assistant Manager, Policy Data Management

 Your Role
  • Manage the daily activity of the team, co-ordinates work ensure the performance of the team against objectives.
  • Manage the inbound & outbound document delivery and the 3rd party service providers in relation to record management
  • Assist the continuous reassessment and analysis of work flow and procedure, identifying improvements to mitigate risk and improve overall services
  • Participate in any project/ development work appropriate in the continued development of the team 
  • Perform quality control and ensure the compliance of company policies and guidelines
  • Prepare KPI and MI report for management review
Your Skills and Experience 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance industry; with people management experience is preferable 
  • Familiar with document flow management and/or mailing service
  • Good knowledge of Life business
  • Understanding in General Insurance will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills
  • Able to lead and drive changes with impact
