Responsibilities:
 
  • Root Cause Analysis on issues and hands on Problem Management
  • Production Support Experience and L2 delivery
  • Experience in Implementation , Development, Analysis and need to interact with process owners / SME's on solutions
  • New Store Rollout Experience and Upgrades
  • Ability to handle L2/L3 fixes on
  1. Sales Audit\Polling
  2. Store Operations Management
  3. Inventory Management
  4. Settlement issues
  5. Pricing and promotions
  • Creating Dashboards and Reports
  • Prepare technical design and functional specification document.
 
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of experience in Retail - Point of Sale system functions involving day-to-day store operations.
  • Core Functional understanding of Point of Sale and upstream/downstream systems.
  • Worked on CEGID/APTOS/RS Retail or any Retail POS tools.
  • Experienced in 24*7 retail stores production support, which includes providing level 2/3 support for store support and system monitoring for backend interfaces to merchandising, credit servers support and release deployment to ensure normal business continuity.
  • Knowledge on Automation process and scripting
  • Techno Functional Knowledge on Retail POS Implementation
