Business Analyst - E2E Solution

Job location Address : HClient Centre, 1 Sham Mong Road, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
 
  • Study current stage / E2E flow amongst applications.
  • Produce analysis (if appreciable), e.g. impact analysis, gap analysis, clear choices.
  • Understand customer/business/operation requirements and proposition, business benefit & priority.
  • Interview with business counterpart, operation, downstream SME to inquire into issues and logics, deliver solution accordingly.
  • Produce E2E solution design aligning with the Group / platform strategy.
  • Articulate the suggested E2E solution using mind map, chart, flow or sequence diagram.
  • Conduct comprehensive design covering all functional and NFRs, rollout approach, fallback plan, resilience.
  • Able to transform use cases to Agile Epic and Story, with quality story structure and contents, covering all frontend design and message specifications with backend systems etc.
  • Conduct story grooming with internal and external counterparts.
  • Always synch up with project team on status of delivery.
  • Review test cases & work with test team to produce comprehensive test plan and test cases.
  • Validate the context of show & tell
  • Channel with design team to outline the wireframe, connection map & reconcile the UI spec
  • Accommodate concern from risk steward (SFR, Cyber Security, Compliant) e.g. fraud feed, masking logic, randomization, checksum, hash etc)
  • Work with architects to deliver and fine-tune technical design
  • Lead the logistic of functional / non-functional design (timeout interval, synchronize / asynchronize message flow)
  • Active response in defect management
  • Update feature inventory / BA knowledgebase
  • Participate in testing or review the test results
  • (Plus*) Aware the behavior difference between browsers, platforms, OS
  • (Plus*) Strong sense of E2E ownership
  • (Plus*) Banking experience
  • (Plus*) Experience in enterprise web-based systems.
