The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a vital role in developing, driving, and executing talent acquisition strategies designed to attract and hire high quality candidates in the competitive engineering labor market. This position will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment in a fast paced, high volume environment. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with business leaders and the respective HR Business Partner to ensure full alignment of the business strategies and talent acquisition efforts. This includes developing and reporting on mutually agreed process metrics, assisting internal customers with properly defining their talent needs, sourcing and screening candidates, advising managers on hiring decisions, and developing offers of employment.

  • Develops and manages recruiting strategies and recruitment campaigns for client group(s).
  • Partners with business leaders to develop a deep understanding of the business needs and corresponding nuances of the current labor market.
  • Initiates recruiting process with hiring managers for each requisition by contacting hiring manager, communicating
  • process steps, clarifying job requirements, setting process and procedural expectations, and coordinating new hire setup.
  • Responsible for all hiring manager communication. Screens and submits candidates, manages relationship with hiring
  • manager and candidate pool, identifies and resolves any process or candidate issues.
  • Advises hiring managers on behavioral interviewing techniques, marketing, branding, team selection tools, and negotiating the offer.
  • Provides competitive market pricing data to compensation.
  • Creatively sources additional candidates, assesses sourcing strategy, researches alternatives and offers recommendations for change.
  • Communicates trends and themes with team and manager.
  • Manages any client group(s) reporting. Maintains data and metrics for client group(s).
  • Provides weekly recruiting reporting metrics
  • May attend career and other networking events as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's Degree required in related or relevant field.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience is required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years Corporate recruiting experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Strong sourcing and resume screening skills required.
  • Proven track record of identifying difficult engineering and other technical positions.
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and manage time well with the ambiguity and unpredictability of a high volume international recruiting organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.
  • Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic e-mail systems.
  • In depth knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools.
