Social Media Customer Service Representative II will focus on monitoring, engaging and assisting customers on Social Media platforms such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and Instagram. Provide customer support via social media and/or telephone to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service. Candidates will have demonstrated problem solving capabilities, as well as good written, IM and telephone oral communication skills. Must be able to communicate engagingly on social media. Minimum typing +40 wpm, have data entry proficiency (min. 4000 keystrokes), data entry proficiency and the ability to perform database querying. Candidates must be available to work a flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends and holidays. Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum 2 years of social media experience and +2 years of customer service experience. Ability to speak and write fluent Spanish a plus.

24 x 7 coverage. Includes 4-6 weeks intermittent and mandatory training onsite in OP Kansas, 8a-5p training. Expect shift work/flexible hrs. during non-training periods. Include shift available and social media experience on resume.
