High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or Business School Degree preferred
Two years' experience in clerical position with focus on customer service preferred. Experience in Human Resources environment preferred.
Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet and database.
Comfortable with handling high volume of phone and in-person customers in a busy reception area.

Responsible for answering telephones, greeting customers, applications processing and data entry.
