Change Management Lead

Responsibilities:
  • Change Management Lead to collaborate with the PMO and base business process owners/stakeholders to ensure successful transition and integration of changes to base business associated with the project with a focus on master data.
  • Ensuring base business partners understand WHAT is changing, WHY it's changing, and HOW the work will be done in the future.
  • While collaborating with key stakeholders, develop and execute plans to integrate new master data processes (WIs, workflow, etc.).
  • Ensure appropriate time is coordinated and scheduled with each impacted group to conduct dry run sessions to ensure viability, identifying, and addressing potential process gaps prior to go live
  • Establish a process with critical stakeholders from Program, Site, and Deployments to manage the execution of each OCM plan, including task tracking, regular status review and issue escalation.
  • Create communication tools to regularly disseminate important information to key stakeholders.

Education/Skills:
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Excellent experience in SAP, Excel, Agile project methodology required.
  • Minimum 5 years change management experience, preferably with a regulated industry.
