Job Title:          Access Point Inside Support Representative
Location:          Overland Park KS 66210
Duration:          0 – 6 Month Contract
Hours:              10:00am to 6:30pm (Mon – Fri)

 
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
 
  • The Access Point Inside Support Representative is responsible for retaining and growing customer business.
  • He/She uses available resources to learn customers businesses, identify business needs, and proactively contact customers to position UPS Access Points (a retail location that accepts packages from a UPS service provider and stores them until theyre picked up by the customer).
  • This position is responsible for, monitoring contractual compliance, and answering customer questions.
  • He Access Point Inside Support Representative uses the company systems and tools to research potential customer information and to identify leads that fit UPS Access Point standards.
  • He/She calls customers to identify their business needs, gauge interest in becoming a UPS Access Point, and retain current business.
  • This position maintains up-to-date knowledge of UPS Access Point products and services to generate sales solutions that meet customer needs.
  • He/she monitors Access Point performance and provides reminders of procedures when needed to maintain Access Point service quality.
  • The Access Point Inside Support Rep also responds to customer questions, complaints, and inquiries to meet customer needs.
  • This position will support the Access Point Sales Representative.
 
Skills:
 
  • Candidate will support the Healthcare Access Point Pickup location customers.
  • Candidates should have customer skills as well as computer knowledge including excel spreadsheets .
  • Knowledge of Healthcare transportation is preferred but not required.
