Job Title:          Helper Coordinator
Location:          North Lewiston, ID, 83501
Duration:          0 – 2 Month Contract
Hours:              07:00 am to 12:30 pm (Mon – Fri) (Part Time)

 
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The Helper Coordinator Lead is responsible for overseeing the duties, assigned tasks of the other Helper Coordinators which will include training, providing guidance on work related issues and other duties as assigned.
  • This position can be filled by a retired Client management employee with a yes rehire status or a former Contingent Helper Coordinator that is familiar with the position.
  • He/she will work with the corporate, region, and/or local district Helper Coordinators or contacts within the operations to provide any additional guidance to newly on-boarded Helper Coordinators.
  • Travel in personal vehicle may be required from one facility to another but the resource will be reimbursed for approved expenses following the Client Expense guidelines. 
Job Duties:
  • Approximately 40 hours per week (able to work overtime as needed); must be flexible to locations and district assignments as needed. [Note: Worker will be reimbursed for approved expenses following the Client Expense guidelines.]
  • The Helper Coordinator Lead is not allowed to shuttle packages and/or DIADS.
  • Assist district helper coordinator with training of center helper coordinators.
  • Monitor Helper Track for any discrepancies with reports or usage.
  • Provide reports to HR and district coordinator as needed.
  • Potential travel locally to observe other helper coordinators.
  • Hold daily calls with helper coordinators to review results and answer any potential questions.
  • Work with the local HR team to ensure coordinators are supporting them as needed.
  • Address any system issues and follow up with coordinators for resolution.
  • Follow up with HR for any new contingent workers hired. Monitor how the contingent workers are doing to prevent turnover.
  • Make sure hiring is happening timely and prior to volume increase.
  • Work closely with corporate and district to ensure hiring is on plan.
  • Communicate any delays with filling staffing positions.
  • Provide support in centers where needed.
  • Ensure center Helper Coordinators are making daily contact with Driver Helpers; to verify availability and willingness to work.
Job Requirements:
  • This position can be filled by a retired Client management employee with a yes rehire status or a former Contingent Helper Coordinator that is familiar with the position.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral.
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to interact with people holding different positions as well as different responsibilities.
