Job Details:
Must Have Skills:
  • Design, development and deployment of Contact center, call routing solutions.
  • Indepth knowledge of installing, troubleshooting and maintaining Cisco Unified Communications Systems, CUBE, CICM, UCCE, and UCCX.
  • Deep expertise in protocols such as SIP, ISDN, PRI, H.323.
Nice to have skills:
  • Experience with Mobile wireless carrier systems (IP and voice gateways)
  • Software Development experience in any of the public cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)
Detailed Job Description:
  • 5 years experience in design, development and deployment of Contact center, call routing solutions.
  • In depth knowledge of installing, troubleshooting and maintaining Cisco Unified Communications Systems, CUBE, CICM, UCCE, and UCCX.
  • Deep expertise in protocols such as SIP, ISDN, PRI, H.323Complete understanding of SIP headers, manipulation and transmission.
  • Ability to design and test VPN and MPLS connections and interfaces with PSTN. Solid understanding of voice and data networks.    
  • Minimum years of experience 5+

  • Design, development and deployment of Contact center, call routing solutions.
  • Ability to design and test VPN and MPLS connections and interfaces with PSTN.
  • Articulate call flows and efficient failover strategies conducive for high availability for critical services.
